Regulations for the certification of Japanese Association of Public Health Certified Specialists

◆New application◆
Application deadline: December 2025, 12
- Have been a member of the Society for five consecutive years up to the time of application and meet the requirements for certification of the Japan Association of Public Health Certified Specialist
Those who have a total of 1 points or more in Appendix 2, 1-2, and 2-150 are eligible to take the exam.
・Required Document 3: Please fill in all your activity records.
・Exam dates: Saturday, February 14th and Saturday, February 28th, 2026, held online
◆Renewal application◆
Those whose certification period expires on March 2026, 3
Application deadline: December 2025, 12
・Those who received certification in April 2021 are eligible for renewal this time.
-The certification is valid for five years.
- Have been a member of the Society for five consecutive years up to the time of application and meet the requirements for certification of the Japan Association of Public Health Certified Specialist
A total of 1 points or more is required based on the public health activities recorded in Appendix 2, 1-2, 2-3, and Required Document 150.

About the regulations and application forms
*Please check the regulations and apply for the grant at least six months before the event.
The Professional and Educational Lifelong Learning Committee reviews and decides whether or not the applications will be accepted on a quarterly basis.
