About application for sponsorship (nominal use)
◆If you are organizing a lecture, symposium, study group, etc. and would like to be sponsored by the Society (using its name), please submit a "Sponsorship Application Form" to the Secretariat by email attachment at least three months prior to the event. After receiving the sponsorship application, we will consider whether or not to approve it and notify you of the result.
◆Organizations eligible for support must meet all of the following requirements.
- The theme or gathering is related to public health.
・It is an event that widely recruits participants from the public.
- Not for profit
◆Please note that we cannot cover expenses or provide personnel or material assistance to organizations for which we have been granted permission to sponsor (use their name).
◆Organizations that have been granted permission to sponsor (use their name) will be introduced to our society's members by announcements and on our website, but please note that we cannot respond to requests regarding details such as the announcement date or method.
Please note that sponsorship may be revoked in the event of false application information, significant changes to the project content, or any other behavior that undermines the society's social credibility.
◆When the meeting is over, please report to the secretariat.
